About Us: EATS laboratory is a university approved testing center providing routine analyses for a variety of sample matrices. This facility has extensive experience in the digestion and/or analysis of solids and liquid samples, including but not limited to: plant tissue, grains, catalysts, nanoparticles, fibers, proteins, animal tissue, animal feed, soil, lignin, forestry biomaterials, milk/milk products, fish tissue and feed, cells and cell media, solid wastes, liquid extracts, water and waste water.

Mission: To provide high quality testing services for the research faculty, staff and graduate students of the North Carolina State University research community using university approved analytical service fees.

The EATS laboratory can provide testing services for clients outside of the university under certain circumstances. Please contact us to see if we can help you with your analytical needs and to negotiate analytical service fees.
